Founded in 2000 by Werner Grätzer, projectnet is a specialist firm with in-depth knowledge, skills and experience of customer relationship management (CRM). Based on the world’s first Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Force.com with its CRM application Salesforce, we offer both extensive theoretical knowledge of CRM, as well as broad practical experience and skills developed from implementing Salesforce in a variety of business areas. 

In-house employees include experts with knowledge of business processes and operations, as well as those with sales, marketing, project management, administration and training knowledge.

Our clients are mainly located or headquartered in Switzerland and Europe and our working languages are German, English, French and Spanish.
